Tucked along the Pacific Coast Highway in stunning Malibu, this iconic seafood restaurant invites you to indulge in fresh, flavorful dishes while soaking in breathtaking ocean views.

Neptune's Net is renowned for its hook-to-table seafood offerings, with a menu that features a delightful array of grilled fish plates and savory seafood baskets. Picture this: a perfectly seared ahi tuna plate—the vibrant pink of the tuna paired with a zesty sauce that enhances its natural flavors—all for just $20.95. Or perhaps the grilled salmon plate or mahi-mahi plate will tempt your taste buds, each dish showcasing the fresh catch of the day.

If you're in the mood for something a bit more casual, consider one of their seafood baskets. The fish and chips, featuring two pieces of deep-fried seasonal Alaskan white fish fillets, or the calamari basket bringing you tender, golden-brown rings, both deliver that satisfying crunch that's simply irresistible. Prices for baskets start at $16.95.

Don’t forget to treat yourself to their popular seafood sampler, a feast of large shrimp, clams, oysters, king crab, and ceviche for only $48.95. Customers rave about the freshness and generous portions, with many commenting on the heavenly taste of the seafood paired with the scenic backdrop of the Pacific Ocean.

The atmosphere at Neptune's Net is equally inviting. With its casual vibe and open-air seating options, you can enjoy your meal while feeling the gentle ocean breeze and watching surfers ride the waves. The restaurant is adorned with surfboards and coastal decor, perfectly embodying the laidback Malibu lifestyle. Whether you’re dining indoors or at one of the many seats outside, the view of the ocean will be a constant highlight of your meal.

Real patrons have shared their love for this unique spot, highlighting the fast service and the overall ambiance. One visitor, Robert Prescott, declared it a “great spot on the beach” with “tasty seafood” and a “huge menu.” Another, Denise, couldn’t stop thinking about her perfectly seared ahi salad days after her visit. Even those who found it a bit pricey, like Raissa, appreciated the bustling ambiance and iconic status of this must-visit location.

Whether you're a local or just passing through, Neptune's Net offers an unforgettable dining experience that merges delicious seafood with the tranquil beauty of Malibu. Make sure to stop by for a memorable meal—your taste buds (and your eyes) will thank you!

Great spot on the beach. The seafood is so tasty. I got the shrimp and chips which were breaded and fried just right. Can't beat the view of the Pacific from your table. Their menu is huge so many great items to choose from.

Rolling up the Pacific Coast Highway for the first time, I couldn’t resist pulling over at the iconic Neptune’s Net—because let’s be honest, if it’s good enough for Dom and Brian, it’s good enough for me (yes, a little Fast and Furious nod there). This spot radiates pure California vibes: ocean breeze, surfboards cruising by, and that laid-back energy you can’t fake. The food? Classic and satisfying. My family went for burgers and fries from their broad menu, and every bite hit the spot. Between the ocean views, easygoing service, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile, Neptune’s Net is the definition of a must-stop along the PCH. Next time we’re in the area, we’ll be back—and you should add it to your list too.

Neptune’s Net is a great seafood shack along the coast in Beautiful Malibu the experience to eat right in front of the Pacific Ocean is Priceless! The food is usually Fresh and well prepared but some of their dishes could use a bit more seasoning. The clam chowder was really good, the seafood platter was good but not really the best, the shrimp plate was a little better! The staff are super nice and the place is pretty clean if you don’t mind all the pigeons trying to steal your food!

My family and I stopped here after a day at the beach. We were all craving some fried fish and this was a spot they had been to before. Despite being a pretty busy Sunday afternoon, there was lots of seating inside and outside with a beautiful overlook of the sea. You order inside by grabbing a drink from the fridges and then picking from an array of (mostly fried) fish options. They had other food choices but we all got different fish. Food came out super quick, we probably only waited about 5 minutes and everything was hot and fresh and super filling. There is a condiment bar where you can grab your own sauces and coleslaw. Their cocktail sauce has a little bit of a kick to it! The food itself wasn't salted, so you did have to salt it yourself, but I understand that helps appeal to a wider audience. They also had a separate part where you could order fresh fish but we didn't go in there. They also had some fun merch items and I did end up getting these sandals that were in the shape of crabs Overall we really enjoyed our meal. The only downside is I felt like the food was on the pricier side. So if you go with your family, expect to pay at least $100 if everyone wants a drink and their own item.

Fast service! The food was great, although a bit pricey. They charge $1.50 for soda refills on regular size fountain drinks. Beautiful view of Malibu beach across the street. Plenty of parking. The Knucklehead cheeseburger was $23 and came with shoestring fries. Soda was paid separately.

On our way through Malibu on a recent road trip, we couldn't resist stopping at the iconic Neptune's Net. We weren't disappointed! We ordered fish and chips, and the seared ahi tuna salad (there's a choice of dressing, but try the ranch). Two large pieces of fish, with plenty of fries. And, days later, I'm still thinking about that big piece of perfectly seared ahi, on top of the salad. So good. And of course, the ambiance here is also unmatched - the bustle, indoor/outdoor seating, the beach just across the street. We will definitely return next time we're in Malibu!

Really nice spot and definitely a must-go for Fast and Furious fans! My husband and I ordered the shrimp and fries, they were good, although I was expecting the shrimp to be a bit bigger considering the price. It is on the pricey side, but that’s expected for such a famous spot in Malibu. It was pretty crowded, but the process is simple: you order at the counter and then grab a table. Overall, a great experience!

The food was good. I had the breakfast sandwich which I thought was very good and the crabcakes were very decent too! Unfortunately, it is priced like a tourist attraction so bring your credit card.
